Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use KoalaDoc.
1. Agreement
By creating a KoalaDoc account, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the organisation listed at signup.
2. Service description
KoalaDoc provides electronic signature services compliant with the Electronic Transactions Act 1999 (Cth). We do not provide legal advice regarding the documents you sign.
3. Pricing & billing
Envelopes are charged at $1.50 AUD plus 10% GST per envelope. SMS notifications to Australian numbers are charged at $0.12 AUD per delivered message. Failed payments enter a 7-day grace period before suspension.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use KoalaDoc for fraudulent, illegal, or deceptive purposes, or to send marketing material outside what is permitted by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, KoalaDoc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
