Yes — every state's bond authority accepts electronically signed tenancy agreements that meet the relevant ETA reliability test. KoalaDoc-signed agreements meet that test by default.
Can a co-tenant sign on their own phone, separately?
Yes. Each signatory gets their own SMS or email link, signs on their own device, and the envelope only seals when everyone is done.
What happens if a dispute ends up at NCAT or VCAT?
